Jason spent a decade working for one of the largest builders in the country. From his experience managing quality control and cost efficiencies for hundreds of homes, he founded North Point with large-scale production skill sets. 

His industry knowledge and expertise allowed North Point to quickly establish long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors, benefiting the homeowner.

Jason surrounds himself with seasoned construction managers and subcontractors, allowing North Point to grow steadily and deliver the most custom homes in Cleveland County annually.

Jason was born and raised in Cleveland County. He graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor's in Environmental Science. He and his wife are raising three children and are active in their community and church.​

What do you reflect on most when you think about your company's success? What do you think distinguishes North Point from its peers?

"Well, of course, I am proud and grateful to have led a successful company while staying close to my roots and working a stone's throw from my parents. It's a dream come true for me. North Point has weathered market downturns and the pandemic, which were challenging times for all business owners. Despite this, we remain the largest custom builder regarding volume in Cleveland County. Each home is uniquely built and many are frequently featured on national home design publication covers and, most recently, in Southern Living Magazine. 

What sets us apart is that we have attracted and retained exceptionally talented professionals, some of whom have owned their own construction companies for decades. And everyone on our staff is highly skilled, which allows North Point to respond swiftly to homeowners' needs without depending on sub-contractors. We are indeed a one-stop shop.

Focusing on our local community, has established strong relationships with businesses and governing bodies enabling North Point to participate in and lead some of the most beautiful custom home developments in the region. I expect more growth in this area to come."
