Josh Beam

Josh hails from Shelby, NC. He studied Construction Management at Appalachian State University and spent a summer and several holiday breaks interning at North Point. After he graduated, he joined North Point full-time in 2017.

Josh is an avid snow skier who loves floating down rivers and playing golf. He is a huge fan of Appalachian State football and the Atlanta Braves.

What do you like working for North Point? What makes North Point different from others?

"At North Point, I get the opportunity to grow the community I grew up in. It is pretty fulfilling to build a top-tier custom home just down the road from where I was raised as a boy."
